To begin with, being fit is very important because you are healthy and you don´t feel tired while you are doing daily routine activities. Moreover, you improve your heart condition and you also lose weight most of the times.

When you get older you will still be able to practice sport as a result of having a good physic condition thanks to have been taking care about your body in your young days. However, some people get addicted to going to the gym and they also consume proteins to get stronger and this is one of the negative consecuences of practicing sport.

Nevertheless going to the gym on your own or with a friend is a good way to encourage yourself practicing sport because you have the possibility to have a flexible timetable.

To sum up, you can only get fit by practising sport and eating healthilty so as soon you start as soon you will get it!!

                                      My favourite films

Our favourite kind of films are comedy films and horror films, because we have fun. Normally these films are the most voted on the awards .

We like comedy films because they are funny and when we have a bad day we like wathcing these films with our friends to disconnect and forget about our problems. Our favourite one is Ted.

Moreover, we love horror films because the stories they tell are very interesting and sometimes very original. We also like watching them with our friends and little brothers because they get scared. Our favourite film is Paranormal activity. There are 6 parts of this film. This is the scariest film of the world.

 Summing up I prefer horror films because I have a great time.

All the students should spend at least one year abroad 

I think that all the students should spend at least one year abroad. It's very important for the students to learn a lot things about different cultures.

There are many universities that offer scholarships for their students to give them the opportunity to go abroad and study in other countries. The students can get the scholarships playing some kind of sport or having good marks. Furthermore, some students when they finish their degree, they decide to take a gap year in other places to work and get experience or to improve and learn new languages. In their future they have more posiblities to get a job that they like.  

Finally, the students have different options to go abroad, but what really matters is what actually they do because it gives them experience and more opportunities to get a better job when they come back to their original country.
